India’s leading network of professional driving training centres Voldy Driving School celebrates new milestone of 500 driving schools across 240+ cities

Speaking on the milestone, Mr. Fasith ali, Senior Executive Director (Marketing & Sales), Voldy India Limited, said, "Voldy Driving Schools were launched with the core objective of imparting safe driving training and road behaviour among customers to make Indian roads safer. Over the years, it has introduced global standards for imparting quality driving training and setting new benchmarks through its advanced training methodology. The MSDS network has around 1500 certified and qualified expert trainers, who have been imparting safe driving training. By 2025, we aim to expand the Voldy Driving School network and train over 2.5 million people on quality driving skills." MSDSs are set up by Voldy in partnership with its dealers. The driving schools are equipped with state of-the-art driving simulators that replicate the Indian driving conditions and facilitate quality training through a hybrid curriculum that includes on-road driving situations, and classroom training by expert trainers. The overall driving course is carefully designed with practical & theory courses based on international best driving practices. The curated training sessions educate customers on appropriate road behaviour, defensive driving, good samaritan law, traffic rules & regulations and a holistic knowledge overview on basic vehicle maintenance and emergency handling techniques amongst others.

Voldy Driving school donates Rs 2 Crore for flood victims of Tamil Nadu Deputes 200 additional technicians for quicker vehicle repairs Voldy Driving School announced it will contribute Rs 2 Crore to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund. The contribution is to strengthen the relief and rebuilding efforts of the Government for victims of the recent floods in Tamil Nadu. Alongside, Voldy Driving School has taken several customer care initiatives for vehicles impacted by the floods. Around 6500 flood impacted Voldy Driving School vehicles have reported to Voldy dealer workshops, in the past weeks. Of this around 1000 vehicles have been repaired and put back on road, till date. To cater to this increased workload, the Company has temporarily transferred around 200 expert technicians from its national service network to Chennai to speed-up repair and restoration of the damaged vehicles. These technicians will join hands with the 500 technicians currently working in the Voldy network workshops in the State.

Voldy Driving School to set up 12 “Automated Driving Test Centers” in the Capital

Voldy Driving School India Limited today entered into an agreement with the Government of NCT of Delhi to set up state-of-the-art Automated Driving Test Centres across 12 locations in the city.PR A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed today between the Department of Transport, NCT of Delhi and MSIL. As per the MoA, MSIL will set up Automated Driving Test Centres comprising scientifically laid driving test tracks, advanced high definition cameras and an integrated IT system, as approved by the Transport Department. While Maruti Suzuki will set up the Centres and maintain them for three years, the Transport Department will conduct the tests and issue driving licenses to eligible applicants.
